Jon is the visionary leader at the helm of RRT. Guiding our strategic direction, Jon oversees all operations and spearheads investor relations. In 2012, Jon’s leadership transformed the Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust (NASDAQ: WHLR) from private to public, boasting over $600 million in assets. Over the last 20 years, Jon has managed thousands of leasing transactions and over 120 acquisitions. Jon received his Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University and is an active International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member.
Chief Operating Officer
Laura is a seasoned CRE executive with private and public experience across various domains. In addition to her integral roles with Gold Key PHR Hotels and Resorts, Laura founded Artemis Capital, a Virginia Beach-based advisor providing leasing, asset management, and construction management services to commercial real estate owners. Laura served as the 2022/23 President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women) Network’s Coastal Virginia Chapter and is a 2022 CIVIC Leadership Institute graduate. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Old Dominion University.
